As an addition to our training catalogue we have our own branded Customer Service, Social Media for Business videos and we can work with you for on-boarding your employees. We also deliver white glove service for executives.
Post training or as a stand alone we can provide a white label service (outsourced learning portal) with your branding. It is a fully managed learning portal with access to as much as or as few learning products as desired. We can deliver the full suite of Office 365 and Office 2016 products, as well as our Social Media and Customer Service training videos.
The portal includes canned reports on employee portal use.
We provide a competitive pricing structure for your employees to access the full suite of Office 365 and Office 2016 training videos on a per seat basis through our portal. The learning environment provides feedback to the individual tracking their active course progress and awards through achievements.
As in TaaS we can provide both our custom content (e.g. Customer Service, Social Media for Business) in addition to your custom content.
